We lead, they follow.
Build institutions, organize networks, and apply collective pressure so public officials bend to civic will.
Reject default cynicism.
Treat politicians as tools to redirect, not idols or eternal scapegoats.
With organized, persistent citizens, the system resembles a mechanism to affect change, not to bend the knee.
